If something happens to delay us, and we know that you are waiting for us, we will call you. Otherwise you can be sure that we respect your time, and we will do our best to be there as scheduled.
What if we can’t make it?
If something more serious happens, with your permission we will try to find a replacement cleaner to clean for you. We know that you are counting on us to get your home cleaned, and we want to make sure you’re getting the best not only for your money, but also your time.
We are proud to offer a deal to anyone who experiences a no-show by our company – we’ll put our money where our mouth is! If we don’t call and we don’t show up for a scheduled cleaning, we will do your next cleaning visit for free.
Also, if you have another cleaner cancel on you, keep in mind that we can usually get you into our line-up for the day – within 24 hours!
